Ewa was a research intern at UCL STEaPP as part of the Informed Cities project, which aims at understanding the impact of scientific knowledge on urban policy, and the structures for mobilising evidence into the governance of cities.
Prior to joining UCL STEaPP, Ewa worked in an international environmental NGO, where the topics she focused on included sustainable development, environmental human rights, youth advocacy and climate change. She also worked as a research assistant in a global study aimed at understanding human rights implications of tourism industry development. She is a co-author of the Green Toolbox, a guidebook to sustainable workplaces.
Ewa holds a BA in Economics and East European Studies from UCL (2011) and is currently pursuing MSc degree in Environment and Sustainable Development at UCL’s Development Planning Unit.
