Francesca Artioli holds a PhD in political science from Sciences Po Paris (Dec. 2014). She is a visiting research fellow at the University of Oxford (Department of Politics and IR), within the Oxford Sciences Po Programme (OXPO) and Associate Member of Nuffield College. She is currently a Research Associate with the City Leadership Initiative within STEaPP.
Her research lies at the intersection of urban studies and public policy. She studies how cities are governed and in and how structural changes, in addition to policy innovations and actors’ mobilisations, reshape urban modes of governance. She is interested in the comparative methods and comparative urbanism.
